Position Overview


Ensemble Performing Arts is on the lookout for a dynamic, skilled, and dedicated
percussion instructor to engage with students in a part-time capacity.

Having proficiency in an additional instrument such as piano or guitar would be advantageous. We seek educators who can provide in-person instruction, ensuring a consistent schedule that both students and staff appreciate.


Ideal candidates will possess a solid musical foundation, demonstrated through a degree in percussion performance, teaching methodology, or equivalent practical experience. A passion for teaching, experience with young musicians, a strong commitment to punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a standard background check are essential.

Compensation for instructors is based on experience, ranging from $35 to $40 per hour. A 401(K) plan with employer matching is available to all employees after a designated period of employment.
