The Assistant Football Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in leading the football team to success. This includes developing and implementing practice plans, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of players, and promoting a positive and respectful team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing practice plans and game strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain the physical and emotional well-being of players, including reporting any injuries or concerns to the Head Coach.
  • Promote a positive and respectful team culture, emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with players, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Standard high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of football and ability to teach and demonstrate skills to players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:

The Assistant Football Coach will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The position involves regular travel to games and practices, as well as occasional evening and weekend work.
