Position Overview

Compensation: $1500 Retention Bonus

The Clinical Program Coordinator is a master's level clinical expert responsible for overseeing clinicians and case managers. This role involves supervising treatment methodologies and ensuring the successful execution of all in-home services and programs for clients under the care of assigned staff members. As a supervisor, you may also be tasked with providing treatment in the absence of staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services discipline
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a relevant field
  • At least two years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in home or community environments is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing clinicians and assigned case managers
  • Ensuring timely documentation of all supervisory activities
  • Participating in treatment or community meetings as necessary to support or cover for staff
  • Collaborating with the Program Director to review and assess staff performance within the designated region
  • Providing Performance Improvement Plans to staff when needed
  • Guaranteeing the effective implementation of in-home treatment plans, assessments, and interventions
  • Engaging with local DCYF and JJ offices to enhance communication and establish referral partnerships
