Job Summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Risk Governance Documentation: Design and implement comprehensive risk governance documentation, including policies, standards, and controls, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Design Training Materials: Create training materials aligned with policies, standards, and controls to educate stakeholders on risk management best practices.
  • Perform Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analysis of existing policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Changes: Monitor and stay current with regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy updates to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with various teams, including first, second, and third lines of defense, to ensure effective risk management and governance.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Risk Management: Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services or consulting environment.
  • Understanding of Risk Identification and Strategic Risk: Strong understanding of risk identification and strategic risk regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Risk Governance and Controls: Experience with risk governance and controls, including policy development and implementation.
  • Proven Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk management concepts to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University Degree in Finance or Business: Bachelor's or university degree in finance, business, or a related field.

  • Enterprise Risk Management: Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and practices.
  • Risk Governance: Experience with risk governance, including policy development and implementation.
