Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior RN experience preferred.
