Lead Warehouse Package Handler

OnTrac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Warehouse Package Handler to oversee the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
  • Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.
  • Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
  • Inspect packages to ensure they are safe for truck transportation.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bilingual Spanish, preferred
  • Prior leadership and parcel experience preferred
