  • Engage with customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on events, special offers, and product information to provide an omni-channel experience.
Teamwork + Communication:
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses to stay informed and contribute to the team's success.
  • Share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers and colleagues alike.
Visual + Business Operations:
  • Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards, ensuring a cohesive and engaging store environment.
  • Support the shipment process, staying aware of new products and inventory levels to provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support store profitability.
Requirements:
  • Love for the Free People brand and passion for fashion.
  • Experience in customer service and teamwork.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
