{"Role Summary": "As a Stylist at Free People, you will be responsible for providing a genuine experience to each customer, driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a brand representative, reflecting the company values and driving the store experience on the sales floor.
* Initiate conversations, share advice, and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized and genuine way.
* Utilize technology to stay informed on events and special offers in-store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.

* Contribute to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
* Collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
* Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.

* Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
* Support the shipment process to gain awareness of products, including what's new and what's reship.
* Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policies and procedures to support the profitability of the store.

Requirements:

* Love for the FP brand
* Experience in customer service
* Experience being a team player
* Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
