Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to assist in their purchasing choices
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote suggestive selling
- Ensure daily operations of the retail space comply with procedural guidelines
- Assist in merchandising tasks, including display setup, inventory management, stocking, and pricing
- Handle cash transactions, including operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and daily financial reporting
- Maintain the retail area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Support other retail locations as required
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- Some High School education or equivalent
- Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Proven customer service and communication abilities; capable of reading and interpreting English manuals related to safety and operations
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes:
- Previous experience showcasing strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale systems
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capable of sitting and/or standing for extended periods
- Able to bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
