This role provides support for our year-round Language Strategy by assisting consumers with specific language needs through end-to-end call handling or acting as an interpreter based on license status. The team also supports our Group Retiree Consumers in a Sales Support capacity to provide education to Retirees who are offered custom plan benefits.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a Monday-Friday schedule. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am to 10:00pm. Occasional/mandatory overtime may be required, including Saturdays. This is a hybrid role, working a combination of onsite and at-home. Two days of in-office work per week are required.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French
  • Ability to interpret in English and French
  • Ability to create, copy, edit, save & send using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Must be able to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens and systems
  • Must be able to work a designated shift between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. and must be able to flex shifts to meet the needs of the business
  • Must live within a commutable distance to our offices located in Minnetonka, MN, Miami, FL, De Pere, WI OR Phoenix, AZ

Soft Skills:

  • Must be able to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
