Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team at Early Education Services. As a key member of our Family Services team, you will work closely with families to provide education and case management services, including developmental guidance, child development activities, and parenting support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing weekly visits to families to assess their needs and develop personalized plans for support
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive support for families
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote healthy child development and family well-being
  • Providing education and resources to families on topics such as parenting, child development, and community resources

Requirements:

  • Minimum CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
