Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team at Early Education Services. As a Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in providing education and case management services to families with young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit families weekly to provide developmental guidance, child development activities, and parenting support
- Work collaboratively with families to prepare young children for school and support parents in achieving their goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, understanding their unique needs and circumstances
- Provide referrals to community resources and services as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services
- 2 years of experience in Early Childhood or related field, or 6 verifiable credits in Early Childhood
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Proficiency in technology, including email and data collection
