We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for leading initiatives to improve our quality systems.
Key Responsibilities- Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Problem Solving: Analyze data and investigate issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Education: High School degree (or equivalent experience) with 4-6 years of related work experience OR AA or Technical Degree with 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills (e.g., word, excel, electronic documentation systems), and ability to work in a team environment.
This position requires a 12-hour shift (6pm - 6am) with an alternating 3-day/4-day work schedule.
