Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TKC Holdings, Inc. as a key member of our food service operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of food items in accordance with assigned work instructions and menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of a variety of food items in accordance with standardized recipes and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations, as well as facility housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Train and develop food service staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred.
