Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Clean Laundry in Greenville, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the growth of Clean Laundry and providing critical support to deliver on our promise by creating loyal customers, providing great customer experience, building relationships with customers, leading a team, and ensuring the facility is clean and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create loyal customers through exceptional customer service and experiences.
  • Provide great customer experience to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build, grow, and manage relationships with customers, driving sales and growth.
  • Lead a team of individuals to be aligned and engaged with our mission, values, and goals.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for customers.
  • Promptly respond to issues affecting the customer experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and provide prompt, reliable service.
  • Recognize, communicate, and initiate areas of improvement for the stores.
  • Drive sales, growth, and profits for Clean Laundry.
  • Track and manage financial transactions and assist with bookkeeping.
  • Provide training and job support for employees.
  • Perform light machine maintenance (training provided).
  • Increase the stores digital footprint through Google Reviews and Facebook.
  • Maintain, purchase, and organize inventory and supplies.
  • Support and grow our Wash, Dry, Fold business.
  • Support and grow our Clean Laundry Express business.
  • Provide a 5-Star experience for all customers.

Pay for this role will be $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience.

Must be 18 years of age for employment with Clean Laundry.

Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and clean driving record.
