Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Sign/Forms Specialist who is interested in flexible, remote part-time opportunities. This role is ideal for professionals who value integrity and are committed to delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Modify existing forms based on specified needs.
  • Develop new workflows and troubleshoot current ones.
  • Create and debug links to other forms as necessary.
  • Generate and troubleshoot emails sent to designated recipients.
  • Establish and manage security protocols for form access.

Qualifications:

  • Located in the Philadelphia, PA area.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience with Adobe Sign.
  • Experience in developing medium complexity workflows and forms.
  • Familiarity with data validation using lists or external data sources.
  • Effective communication skills, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening (cost covered by the company).

This position operates on a 1099 Contractor basis, offering an opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to a reputable organization.
