Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in creating an organized workflow for multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and administer a customer relations program to build and retain a loyal customer base, working closely with department managers to achieve this goal.
  • Use Microsoft Office frequently to assist the General Manager with routine and urgent administrative tasks.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and coordinating factory assistance when all dealership resources have been exhausted.
  • Coordinate customer follow-up programs and maintain a case history file of all customer complaints and problems.
  • Review all post-sale service cases with the service manager once a month and attend sales, service, and other management meetings.
