Equity Compensation Administrator

This role will be based in Wilmington, working on-site 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage new grants into vendor online tracking systems
  • Maintain grants in vendor tracking system through regular review and validation against internal systems
  • Facilitate monthly vesting of awards per appropriate vesting schedules, including liaising with HR tax and payroll teams to ensure accurate taxation
  • Validate, audit, and process new hires, terminations, and transfers to ensure proper treatment of deferred awards consistent with plan terms and documents
  • Participate and deliver upon annual major vesting event during January year-end cycle
  • Work with recruiting and compensation teams to advise on candidate deferred compensation proposals
  • Review and value new hire documentation to present to Management Development and Compensation Committee or their delegates for approval
  • Complete post-grant/distribution tasks, including liaising with Compensation Accounting department on unreconciled clearing account items
  • Serve as subject matter expert to internal clients related to deferred compensation plans
  • Co-manage team mailbox for internal queries
  • Respond and resolve employee queries through internal ticketing system
  • Suggest and help implement process improvements and best practices as appropriate
  • Lead, participate, and deliver upon department projects as required
