Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, your primary focus will be to ensure seamless operations. You will oversee daily activities, which may include:

  • Opening and closing the facility
  • Supervising hourly employees during operational hours

  • Facilitating positive interactions with customers
  • Addressing and resolving customer service challenges
Event Coordination

With numerous events hosted at our facility, strong communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for liaising with event organizers and parents to:

  • Ensure the birthday child has an unforgettable experience
  • Maintain smooth operations throughout the event
  • Provide support to parents, minimizing their stress
Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in cash handling
  • A background in leadership roles
  • Exceptional customer service abilities

The Team Leader must demonstrate flexibility in their schedule, including the ability to rotate shifts, work weekends, and be available during holidays.

This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis.
