- Safety Protocols: Maintain compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Continuing Education: Participate in continuing education and stay updated on advancements in imaging technology to provide the highest level of patient care.
- Professional Standards: Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality, to maintain the trust and respect of patients and colleagues.
- Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certification: Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Licensure: Illinois State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (IEMA).
- Experience: Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and software, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
