Job Summary:

As a Radiologic Technologist at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other radiologic examinations, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the entire process.
• Operate imaging equipment and conduct routine maintenance and quality control checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate image interpretation and diagnosis.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients about the imaging process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited program.
• Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and a valid Illinois state license.
• Strong understanding of imaging techniques, safety protocols, and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing patient comfort.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
