Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of House Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure effective patient care and management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and nursing practice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and current BLS certification.
  • 3+ years of advanced medical/surgical nursing experience, with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Critical care nursing experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
