We specialize in Sports Medicine but also treat various non-surgical and post-op orthopedic conditions.

Job Summary

As a physical therapist at E&B Performance Health, you will provide efficient and quality-oriented patient care through an individualized program that includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize patient progress toward achieving functional goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans for patients.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Providing education on proper body mechanics, posture, and movement techniques.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

To be successful as a physical therapist at E&B Performance Health, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active, unencumbered license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Kentucky.

Prior experience in outpatient settings and certifications in areas such as Graston, ISTM, Myofascial Decompression, and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy are highly desirable.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
