Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Site Manager with extensive experience in baggage handling systems within the airline sector or related material handling systems. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of site activities.

Relocation assistance is available for multiple locations nationwide.

Key Duties:

The Site Manager will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including:

  • Setting both short-term and long-term objectives that align with the strategic vision of Hark Search.
  • Overseeing customer contract compliance, conducting regular meetings to ensure satisfaction, quality standards, and exploring future opportunities.
  • Managing daily operational and administrative tasks at the site, including recruitment, personnel relations, staff training and development, performance reviews, and maintaining staff morale.
  • Ensuring adherence to company training initiatives.
  • Complying with all relevant OSHA, state, local, and company safety regulations and policies.
  • Assisting in the formulation of the annual site budget.
  • Conducting regular financial report reviews, including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, capital expenditures, and payroll.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with baggage handling systems or material handling systems from a technical perspective.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting reports and business correspondence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player with a focus on customer service.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Supervisory experience in an airport setting is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in budget preparation and management.
  • Experience in Project Management or Organizational Development.
  • Possession of OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification is required.
