Paralegal Job Description

Ullico Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our team. As a valued in-house resource, this position will have extensive internal and external interactions with clients and third parties, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the law department's contract management platform, ensuring accurate integration of contract requirements and milestones.
  • Oversee user onboarding and training for the contract management platform, troubleshoot user issues, and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist with matter management, including inputting new data and records in the application, and serving as liaison with the vendor on system enhancements and training needs.
  • Respond to records subpoenas and records requests from third parties, assist in document productions in ongoing litigation, and gather, organize, and process electronic and hard copy records.
  • Support the operational activities of the Ullico Foundation, including using the Foundation's data management platform and documenting Foundation activities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience, with previous experience with contract management and matter management platforms, as well as subpoena and records requests. A keen attention to detail and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite are also required.
