Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the team in developing drawings through the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Document (CD) phases.
  2. Conduct measurements and document existing structures.
  3. Coordinate and maintain communication with consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Oversee all project drawings, specifications, and the work of consultants.
  5. Research and ensure adherence to the Florida Building Code and other relevant regulations.
  6. Uphold office standards and quality assurance processes.
  7. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Qualifications & Education
  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an NCARB accredited institution.
  2. 4-6 years of professional experience in the field.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to hand sketch concepts and ideas effectively.

Software Proficiency
  1. 3D Software: REVIT.
  2. 2D Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  3. Bluebeam.
