Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs using appropriate tools.

  • Alert management regarding significant repairs or upgrades required for lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.

  • Report to work punctually, dressed appropriately, and in compliance with company standards.
