Key ResponsibilitiesRole Summary:
Core Duties:
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee and engage in the activities of delivery personnel and ensure timely FedEx shipments.
- Assist in the packaging and transportation of products to clients, ensuring adherence to scheduled delivery timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the warehouse and pharmacy areas.
- Manage the disposal and destruction of pharmaceutical products responsibly.
- Maintain and organize packing documentation.
- Support the preparation of pharmacy supplies for clean room operations.
- Handle the receiving, stocking, and shipping of materials.
- Complete annual vision assessments.
The responsibilities outlined are not exhaustive and may include additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
QualificationsEducational Background:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience is necessary; cGMP training is preferred, with training provided.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Tasks are generally routine and repetitive.
- Work is conducted within clearly defined parameters.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines.
- Receive detailed instructions for all tasks.
- Work is routinely monitored and evaluated.
- Limited problem-solving skills are required due to the nature of the work.
- Interactions are primarily with department supervisors, peers, and occasionally with external vendors.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is expected to:
- Engage in moderate physical activity, occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
