Assembly Technician

The Assembler I is an entry-level position that performs repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce products such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, or stairs. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic math skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products according to specifications, using various tools and equipment.
- Inspect products for defects and quality issues.
- Operate machinery and equipment to perform assembly tasks.
- Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary, but prior carpentry experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
The Assembler I will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and varying temperatures. The noise level is usually loud, and ear protection will be required. The employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including earplugs and eye protection.
