Compensation for this role is set at $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

As an Audio Visual Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, setting up, and dismantling audio-visual equipment while maintaining an accurate inventory.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely completion of equipment orders.
  • Operating AV equipment with a thorough understanding of signal flow and technical specifications.
  • Identifying equipment shortages during preparation and suggesting suitable alternatives.
  • Maintaining open communication with management at all times.
  • Adhering to established guidelines and schedules.
  • Representing Inspire Event Technologies in a professional manner, following grooming and attire standards.
  • Fostering respectful relationships with clients and venue staff.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where input is valued.
  • Safeguarding company equipment and promptly reporting any damages.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Performing any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience with audio-visual technology.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to lift at least 50 pounds independently.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
