Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in FLORA, IL. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

This is a full-time position that requires walking up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders. You will review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the sales floor, and ensure customer orders are filled accurately.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

As a Sales Associate at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., you will receive a competitive salary, which ranges from $14.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on your location and level of experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k) and stock purchase plans.

$24,000 - $53,760 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an hourly wage of $20.00 per hour.
