At Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Job Description:

We offer competitive pay as well as performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
  • Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor
  • Evaluate and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring customer orders are filled accurately and quickly
