About the Role

As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and food, while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and ensuring that every guest leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, food safety, and beverage preparation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
