Key Responsibilities- Conduct automotive services and repairs, including warranty and maintenance tasks.
- Execute start-up, test drives, and diagnostic evaluations to assess vehicle condition.
- Replace or repair faulty components as necessary.
- Diagnose and rectify issues with brake and suspension systems.
- Perform assembly, lubrication, and electrical maintenance services.
- Inspect and troubleshoot vehicle systems to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Enhance the overall efficiency of the service department.
- Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Automotive Technician is preferred.
- ASE Master Technician certification is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software for repair tracking and documentation.
