Job Summary

We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by supporting our servers and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Set up station for the shift and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure silverware and condiments are on the table and refill drinks as needed.
  • Run hot food to guests when ready and communicate table readiness.
  • Provide guest support for servers as needed and follow all food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors.

What We Offer

As a Server Assistant at Red Lobster, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
