Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Dental Operations Supervisor, you will report directly to the Manager and oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure a positive experience for our patients. You will undergo an extensive training program to equip you for success in your role.
- Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy and understanding, adhering to company policies, regulatory standards, and dental board guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure outstanding patient care
- Consult with patients regarding treatment options, verify insurance coverage, and maintain high standards of care
- Under the guidance of the Manager, supervise and support the daily activities of the non-clinical staff
- Analyze daily data to assess the practice's performance
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments
- Handle insurance verification, payment collection, nightly deposits, and credit card transactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous
Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. These practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
