Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, validating information to prevent fraud
• Ensure proper accounts are charged for invoices
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices
• Assist with accounts receivable invoicing and updating customer portals
• Support month-end close entries and account reconciliations
• Contribute to business system analytics by generating, collating, and circulating reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in data entry and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $22-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
