Position Overview:

Your role will be to enhance customer experiences by sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge about our products, ensuring customers find the right solutions for their needs.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing accurate and helpful information, suggesting relevant products, and performing essential tasks to maintain efficient operations.

All team members are expected to deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with clients and showcasing our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stocking merchandise
- Supporting the Department Manager
- Gathering customer feedback for product improvement
- Ensuring our store is well-stocked with high-quality items
- Processing transactions accurately
- Assisting with visual displays
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
- Completing record-keeping tasks and contributing to reports
- Expanding product knowledge to better assist customers
- Aiding in loss prevention initiatives
- Communicating effectively and professionally
- Upholding a professional appearance and demeanor
- Fostering teamwork and positive relationships with colleagues
- Assisting with inventory management


Ideal Candidate:
Our perfect candidate will have prior experience in customer service and a willingness to contribute wherever necessary.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with hardware and tool brands is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds
- Experience in cashiering is desirable
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Positive and engaging attitude
- Attention to detail is essential

Work Schedule:
- Availability on weekends is required
- Flexible shifts are available

Compensation:
Hourly pay starts at $16.50

Position Details:
1 Part-Time position available, with 15-25 hours per week
