  • Quality Assurance: Review your own work to deliver error-free designs that contain all required elements and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Time and Budget Management: Complete work on time and within budget, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Brand Maintenance: Maintain and evolve brand visual identities, including color palettes, typography, and overall design language.
  • Brand Integrity: Preserve the brand integrity of each client.
  • Photo and Video Support: Contribute to the planning and art direction of photo and video shoots when needed.
  • Teamwork: Build strong relationships with key partners throughout the agency and resolve creative differences collaboratively.
Requirements
  • Agency Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Elevated Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills across various media.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
