Position Overview:
The role entails managing all aspects of the Chemical Account Program, which includes responsibilities for Laundry, Ware wash, Housekeeping, Grease Trap Maintenance, and chemical dispensing within the designated service area. This position is pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency of chemical dilution systems and driving sales through regular customer interactions and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and provide emergency service for chemical dilution systems, including troubleshooting and programming.
- Conduct both in-shop and on-site servicing of equipment for the Jan San Program.
- Manage an assigned service route, ensuring adherence to program standards.
- Respond to service requests promptly via various communication channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver training sessions to clients on the use of products and equipment.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to support effective service delivery and installations.
- Ensure the assigned service vehicle is kept in a professional and organized condition.
- Uphold a professional demeanor while fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Support sales initiatives related to Jan/San equipment and chemicals through demonstrations and installations.
- Take responsibility for completing assigned work orders efficiently.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
- Assist with installation requests and machine repairs as needed.
- Prepare and present weekly summaries of activities and transactions for review.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical service or repair is preferred.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
