Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Hold an Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

  • Have experience working with children aged 3-6 in group settings.
  • Be familiar with child-centered educational philosophies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia, or be open to learning more.
