As a key member of the senior management team, the Chief Financial Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring alignment with its overall objectives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership, with a proven track record of driving financial performance, managing budgets, and implementing effective financial processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing the financial activities of the organization, including credit and collections, payables, accounting, IT, and HR departments.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring fiscal and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing receipt, disbursement, banking, and protection and custody of funds.
  • Managing the general ledger and preparing financial reports that summarize and forecast business activity and financial position.
Requirements

To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting or a related field, along with at least fifteen years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Compensation

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of approximately $145,000, plus benefits including paid time off, company-paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k) with a generous company match.
