Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
  • Conduct test drives and assess vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, providing time estimates for further repairs
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • ASE certifications are preferred
  • Strong background in automotive services
  • Excellent teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks
  • Valid and clean driver's license is required
