Interventional Radiology Technologist

The Interventional Radiology Technologist plays a vital role in our Level I trauma center, working directly with radiologists, nurses, and radiology technologists during vascular/interventional and neuroradiology procedures. This is a per diem position, requiring a minimum of two shifts per month when available.
Key Responsibilities- Work independently and make quick decisions during procedures.
- Be knowledgeable in inventory and use of guide wires, catheters, balloons, and stents.
- Join a busy IR department with a supportive team and complex, interesting work.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program of Radiologic Technology or the ARRT-approved equivalent.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists on or before the first day of employment.
- BLS certification from an AHA- or ARC-sponsored program on or before the first day of employment.
- Live within a 30-minute call back time of Regions Hospital.
- One year of interventional radiology experience.
This is a non-union per diem shift position, working in St. Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $36.70-$51.57 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Regions is a qualified non-profit employer under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, and we are also proud to be a Yellow Ribbon Company.
