Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business, implementation, and technology teams to design and implement solutions for cash services and product offerings.
  • Evaluate source and target system integrations for cash services and coordinate with the Cash Business Implementation teams.
  • Coordinate with GTS on kafka adapters, MQs, APIs established between Appian, Cash Hub, TIER/DEH, ESP or SSCD.
  • Identify transaction source and routing to DEH, define data translation mapping and routing rules.
  • Configure target system(s) distribution routing rules and construct cash profiles based on various data sources.
  • Import cash profiles into ACM and/or Cash Hub, and conduct unit testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with cash product enhancements and alleviate queries from the cash services product team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years' experience in the financial industry, preferably in investment operations, project management, client implementation, and/or business analysis.
  • Experience with designing new solutions, analyzing requirements, and writing specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with trading systems and upstream/downstream applications.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and SQL skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
