Maintenance Operations Specialist

Emcor Inc, a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, seeks an experienced Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our government healthcare facilities program.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage diverse teams of managers, leads, technicians, and administrative staff in delivering exceptional site leadership, customer service, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Ensure staff and subcontractors adhere to management plans and processes, including safety and quality requirements.
- Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work.
- Coordinate closely with customer Facility Management points of contact in providing formal and ad hoc reports, scheduling services, sharing program status, and making best practice recommendations.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in medical/healthcare facility operations and maintenance within the last five (5) years, including supervision of a diversified workforce responsible for 24-hour (24/7/365) operations, maintenance, and repair of medical facilities.
A strong background in NFPA, EPA, TJC, CMS, OSHA codes is essential. Experience with DMLSS CMMS and ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification is desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Salary Information:The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, based on industry standards and location.
