Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide therapeutic care to patients in accordance with treatment prescriptions and nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
- Dialysis Treatment: Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Equipment Maintenance: Set up and monitor dialysis machines, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Supply Management: Order and restock supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient data, treatment records, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience: One year of recent experience as a Hemodialysis Technician required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalency required, completed a hemodialysis training program approved by the medical director and governing body.
- Licensure: Hemodialysis Technician Certificate (California) required.
