About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the classroom and staff, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve program goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate Degree in early childhood development, early childhood education, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Lead Teacher certification by the EEC.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
