Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. John Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring and recording patient condition, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, including arranging for necessary services and equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
