Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team as needed.
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient needs.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
